Background 

A coach and organisational consultant with 20 years of experience improving performance of individuals, teams and organisations. A background in professional rugby, corporate sales with world leading brands, small business leadership and the third sector means I am well placed to understand diverse challenges at every level. 

Years of coaching and playing both elite and recreational sport has helped develop an open and positive approach to building teams that maximise potential and enjoy the journey. 

Having applied these skills in corporate and educational environments, I have demonstrated the power of harnessing the abilities of individuals to drive positive change. Providing the structured support for people to gain clarity and take ownership of their development is a hallmark of my approach.  

 Specialism

Although coaching enables me to support across topics and sectors, areas that I have a particular interest in are change management, managing conflict and staff wellbeing. As well as 121 executive coaching, I provide bespoke training on leadership and workshops covering a wide range of topics including conflict management, change management, team development and mindfulness at work.

I coach executives and leaders in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, logistics and the public sector.
